What’s new!
Improved end user experience:
- Add course sessions to your google calendar
- Export course sessions to an ICS file and import into your outlook calendar
- View your training location on the map if correct URL is provided
- View course number in upcoming courses to easily identify courses with same/similar names
- Record attendance electronically for course sessions if toggled on. This is a new alternative to the paper based attendance that is still available in the enrollment tool.
- Get a link via email to register for exclusive courses. Admins may copy a link directly to course they wish to share with specific audiences.
Payment Updates:
- Added support for Stripe payment gateway
- Add new bill to methods to support things like coupons
- Determine how far back lack of payments should prevent the awarding of points.
- Sort names in the consolidated invoice alphabetically.
Improvements and Tweaks
- Change UI from grey text theme to black for improved visibility
- Submit enhancement requests directly from the application
- Provide the ability to send daily email evaluation reminders within a date range so that multiple entries are not required to be setup for each day.
- Improve the efficiency of the auto-update course event for large sites with significant transaction volumes
- Provide ability to filter work locations by districts.
