Invoice Consolidation:
Quickly consolidate the invoices for all participants from the same location and submit a single invoice.
Registration Approval updates:
Reduce the effort required to approve registration requests and allow participants to track their registration.
Allow District and and Work Location approvers to resend approval confirmations from their respective approval screens.
Allow registrants to be able to see which level their approval is pending.
Provide the ability to bypass the approval process for districts and work locations “if” an approver is not specified preventing approvals from stalling.
Provide the ability for participants to see why their registration request was declined at any level (District/Worklocation/Final). This assumes a reason was provided by the approver.
Registration process updates:
Registrants get an updated course catalog showing how many seats remain vs how many are available. Plus admins can now collect additional information during the registration process.
Update course catalog to show seats available and total seats.
Update course catalog to auto search after changing search filterss.
Customize the registration experience by prompting and collecting useful information you can use later.
Provide the ability to copy one or more emails when a user withdraws from course.
Hide available seat count when a course is no longer available.
Payment related updates:
Take more control over billing options by specifying what Bill to you want to support for each course. Plus enjoy the flexibility of switching between self pay and other options until the payment process has begun.
Ensure that users are not be able to switch from Self to system/School once marked paid or payment by credit card is received.
Rename “Payment Method” to “Bill to” to avoid confusion.
Provide options to turn on/off one or more Bill to options.
Enhanced logging of payment transactions showing detailed before and after details.
Ensure payments are held until participants are promoted from the waitlist into the course.
Improvements and Tweaks
Provide the ability for participants to see the details of the location where the training courses will be held when signing up or looking at a course they already signed up for.
Update user lists to include email addresses to make selections easier.
Provide the ability to extend and/or re-route an evaluation to a different email address.
Provide new API layer to allow an admin to request and expose enrollment records to an external BI platform.
Rename “Pending Courses” menu to “Upcoming Courses” to avoid confusion.
Adhoc Enrollment export did not show future courses.
Invalid notification when there is an enrollment with additional info.
Correct credit/points calculation when records imported using the enrollment tool.
Fix bug allowing an instructor to sign-up for their own course and award themself credits/points.
Fix bug allowing the requestor to become the final Approver even though notify requester only for global level approval is toggled off.
Fix bug where the custome attribute rules were not working consistently.
Final Approvals not showing up correctly when the course only requires district and then final approvals.
