Completely revamped course enrollment tool with select features accesible from the admin menu.

Ascriptica’s enrollment tool is several times faster than the old version and has many cool features that improves your experience.

Mark participants complete/incomplete:

Marking participants is now very easy using our easy toggle buttons online. You may toggle all participants complete/incomplete at once using the button indicated below. You may also toggle complete on/off for an individual participant by toggling the buttons on that participant’s record.

Add participants

You may add one or more participants to the current course. During the process you may prevent yourself and/or the participant you are registering from getting the notification. If the class has a wait list and the class is full, you may also add the participant to the wait list or override the class size and include the participant.

Change the order of participants on the wait list by dragging and dropping as shown below.

Send rich text messages to one or more recipients

The system has been updated to send rich text messages to the entire class or to specific individuals. You may send the message immediately or schedule for later.
