Moodle Integration:
Ascriptica is now integrated with Moodle.
Automatic Enrollment of students in moodle when they register for a course in Ascriptica
Automatic withdrawal of students from moodle when they withdraw from a course in Ascriptica
Invoice
Ascriptica supports invoicing participants for paid courses. Configure your own invoice and send one every time a user pays for a course. Start at whatever number make sense for your organization. Ascriptica is smart enough to hold the invoice if payment is turned off or if the cost is $0.
Registration Approval Updates
Ascriptica now has the ability to support a 3 tiered registration approval process. When a course is configured to require approval it can be set to request approval from the work location, district, then a final approval from your organization.
Course Enrollment Updates:
The following updates have been made to the course enrollment module
Make mass updates such as payment information for a filtered set of users in the course
Allow a student to complete their evaluation even though the time has passed.
Filter the list of participants in the course.
Suppress messages to participant and current user by default when adding a user to the course
User Manager Updates:
The following updates have been made to the user manager module:
Filter users by one or more roles. For example if you would like to see who has the work location level authority, simply activate the role filter and select work location.
Add ability to able to deactivate/reactivate a user.

Custom Attributes and Rules
Ascriptica has many fields(attributes); however, there are times when something unique is needed. The custom attribute module allows you to create additional fields and set rules to determine how they should operate.
Pending Courses
The following updates have been made to the pending courses module
Participants may initiate payments directly from the pending courses module following approval to take a course
Participants will now see the time for the course

We’ve updated our help pages with new content and also gave it a new design.
