What’s new!
User Manager Updates:
The following updates have been made to the user manager:
Update course history view to sort by start date in descending order by default allowing users to see the most recent course history
Update course history view with the date the user registered for the course.
Provide the ability to control the sort order by setting asc/desc for the default sort field in the course history screen. In addition, it will default to descending to show newest first
Update work location and districts fields to make them searchable
Task Scheduler Updates:
The following updates have been made to the task scheduler:
Added option to auto update event to allow you to exclude completed and in-progress courses
Payment Updates:
The following updates have been made to the Payments:
Added the following data points to the payment gateway transactions.
Provide the ability to set the bill to at the course level. Also determine if one or all options should be available.
Provide the ability to change bill to after registration. This allows the participant to go back and pay for a course if school, or system was previously selected.
Enrollment Updates:
The following updates have been made to the Enrollment module:
Added ability to cancel/delete a message that was scheduled
Added ability to allow an admin/instructor to export enrollment records for a course to XL, make mass changes then re-upload the updated XL file.
Updated messages to exclude withdrawn/canceled participants by default.
Added the ability to associate an invoice number with an enrollment record.
Added ability to set the end date for a user who is taking a self paced course. The date will be reflected on certs and in exports as the completion date.

General Updates:
The following updates have been made to various modules:
Update Ad hoc reporting to allow an admin to see the course history for a specific user.
Update course detail page “View All Sessions” button to read “Session Dates and Times” to help clarify the action.

Improvements and Tweaks
When an instructor marks a participant as complete, the “Loading” status window never closes. The page must be refreshed in order to continue.
Fixed bug allowing user to enter invalid values in the amount field on the accounting tab. This courses to duplicate.
Ensure course evaluation status does not show needs review when there is no evaluation setup.
Enhanced the course cancellation process to add another pop-up asking If the user is sure. Then when the message box for reason comes up we also added a cancel button on that pop-up. Also if they click the x to close, the system stops the process.
On the forgot password screen and the login screen, if a user enters a “space” character after their email address, it causes an issue.
IPAD Safari specific error. School cannot be blank” even though the school field is still populated
Fixed bug when the image is too large during the resize process causing memory errors in course manager.
Fix bug where courses set to “Do not publish” were still visible in the related course section “Participants who viewed this course also viewed:”
When we go into a course to re-send an approval email, we receive a confirmation prompt multiple times (2-5 times). Also, the approver gets multiple emails.

Course registration triggers custom attribute rules even though the custom attribute is inactive
Resolve Instructor identification – ensure emails go to the correct instructor
Fix scheduled message repeating given when a large attachment is encountered
Declined status It would be helpful to also be able to hover over the Declined button from the user’s course history. Right now, it only works from the Course Enrollment page.
Course Enrollment not showing courses the current user is configured as an instructor
The search field for the start date is not inclusive. For example, if I enter a start date of today’s date, it only shows courses that begin tomorrow and excludes courses the begin today.
Fix bug preventing an in progress evaluation from being extended if passed the deadline
When a course is created or duplicated and the schedule button is not clicked deadlines are not re-calculated
